Now in their third generation, KSC control panels benefit from BFE‘s many years of international experience in the control sector for the broadcast and telecommunications market. The KSC control panels are characterized by a long service life, reduced power consumption, and compact dimensions.

The new keys with brilliant LCD display also guarantee a long service life. The keys offer a large reading angle with better contrast values and enable a compact user interface with up to 288 keys in 8 height units.

In addition to the LAN and USB port, a freely configurable GPIO interface with 4 in/out ports is also included in every control panel. KSC control panels offer the operator a high level of tactile comfort for safe and intuitive manual operation in all situations. The centralized process intelligence in KSC CORE enables easy configuration and management via the user-friendly user interface.

Thanks to the individual configurability, the functional options for button assignment are unlimited: crossbar control in any system size, control of an unlimited number of audio/video parameters, control of logical functions and the triggering of presets are all possible via the same control unit.

KSC control panels are available in different designs:

• 2 RU/19” with 54 or 72 keys

• 4 RU/19” with 144 keys

• Table installation with 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 216 or 288 keys

Various 19” control panels (18, 36, 54, 72) can also be equipped with a universally usable incremental encoder if required. Please clean the control panel before each shift or operation with a soft, slightly damp tissue slightly moistened with warm to hot soapy water. Before cleaning, please disconnect the relevant KSC control unit from all external power sources.

To be on the safe side, wear disposable gloves when cleaning the KSC control unit and then disinfect your hands.

The Control Panels are not approved for treatment with chemical cleaners (alcohol, methylated spirit and other disinfectants) and may be permanently damaged by treatment with such products.

Some detergents can be so harmful that the product warranty is affected.
